The purpose of this webinar is to collect input from knowledge partners and companies on priority TRL 1–3 research topics, key bottlenecks, and relevant competencies and facilities in support of the cSBO project.
MateriNex will first present and explain the rationale for the proposed umbrella theme for 2026–2028:
“Strategic & Critical Raw Materials for Circular and Resilient Material Value Chains.”
The envisaged research scope includes:
- Secure supply: new sCRM sources and sustainable processing routes
- Circular value chains: re-use, repair, remanufacturing, and direct recycling of SCRM-rich products, supported by decarbonisation and digitalization.
