Project Aim
The overall objective of DELICIOUS is to advance technologies for Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) from dilute and unconventional lithium-bearing streams, followed by the conversion into battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate (LHM). This will be achieved by developing a fundamental understanding of the extraction and conversion mechanisms, while addressing the current limitations of these processes when applied to low-concentration lithium streams.
